Are you taking advantage of your home care package?
If you haven’t applied for a package yet, there are a few avenues for you to consider. If you are under 65, you may be eligible for a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) package. If you are over 65, you will likely be eligible for a Home Care Assistance Package.
We are a Registered NDIS provider, an Approved Aged Care provider, and a DVA Community Nursing provider. While the process of accessing our services varies a bit depending on where your funding comes from, our support remains the same.
Are you with a different provider but considering a change?
If your needs change or if something isn’t working well for you, then please tell us. We can liaise with your old provider for a handover and to sort out any financial matters.
